We assist persons with disabilities in developing employment and assist them in identifying individualized steps that will lead to their employment goals.

  • WE DETERMINE your eligibility and identify appropriate programs available to you.
  • WE PROVIDE easy access to information about employment and community resources.
  • WE REFER you to other services and supports as appropriate.
  • WE ASSESS your skills and help identify issues that may be preventing you from obtaining employment success.
  • WE ASSIST in developing action plans, which outline the personal steps you will take to reach your employment goals.

We assist persons with disabilities with labour market research, career decision making, skill enhancement and pre employment preparation including:

Job Search and Job Development

We assist persons with disabilities in creating and implementing job search plans for successfully obtaining competitive employment.

WE MARKET persons with disabilities to potential employers through various initiatives.

WE FACILITATE access to possible funding sources for workplace accommodations and hiring incentives.

WE PROVIDE ongoing monitoring and support after you obtain employment to assist in maintaining your employment success.
