Community Access Guide
The Coalition is in the process of developing an Accessibility Guide for the Peel and Halton regions. The Accessibility Guide will provide members of the communities with information on the accessibility of local facilities, starting with restaurants.
The information collected will be incorporated into an online, interactive community map. If you would like more information about the project or if you know of any restaurants interested in having a free audit and being promoted in the Community Access Guide, please e-mail coalition.pwd@disabilityaccess.org or contact Matthew at 905.755.9734 ext.251.
Connections Resource Fair
Thank you for Making Connection 2009 Resource Fair for Persons with Disabilities so successful.
Held every spring, the connections Resource Fair is a showcase of products and services for persons with disabilities. In a trade show environment, visitors meet exhibitors and learn about the products, services and supports available to them in the community.
The Coalition is now accepting registrations for exhibit space. Please e-mail coalition.pwd@sypatico.ca or contact Matthew at 905.755.9734 ext.251.
